M&M Team "Walk for Stroke Awareness"

Maureen and I are raising awareness and celebrating stroke survivors, walking at the Long Island Comeback Trail 5K on October 20, 2018.  I am walking and raising funds in honor of my Father Edward Murray, who we lost in 2009 to Stroke.

The Long Island Comeback Trail 5K - is a charity event that supports the National Stroke Association. This 5K walk/fun-run empowers stroke survivors and caregivers to #ComebackStrong.

We've set a fundraising goal to support the stroke rehabilitation and prevention efforts of the National Stroke Association.

Please support our team, and the 7 million stroke survivors in the United Sates, by making a donation today. Together, we can empower survivors and caregivers as they come back strong from stroke.

Thank you for your support!

  • Stroke is the 5th leading cause of death in the U.S. & a leading cause of adult disability.
  • Every 40 seconds someone in the U.S. experiences a stroke.
  • Every 4 minutes someone in the U.S. dies from a stroke.
  • Stroke kills two times more women than breast cancer annually.

That's why we are participating, will you join us?
