2018 Comeback Trail - Long Island

John's Crazy Socks

At the young age of thirty-four, Claudia Fortunato-Napolitano suffered a major stroke in January 2017. Claudia is currently the Happiness Hero and an essential team member at John’s Crazy Socks. Every day she works to spread happiness and show what is possible when you give a person a chance. Claudia shares her recovery on the John’s Crazy Sock’s blog so others can learn of the challenges facing stroke recovery patients and people in recovery can take strength and inspiration from knowing they are not alone. The John’s Crazy Sock’s team is walking to raise awareness and supporting Claudia and other stroke survivors at the Long Island Comeback Trail 5K - a charity event that supports the National Stroke Association.

We are raising awareness and celebrating stroke survivors at the Long Island Comeback Trail 5K - a charity event that supports the National Stroke Association. This 5K walk/fun-run empowers stroke survivors and caregivers to #ComebackStrong. We've set a fundraising goal to support the stroke rehabilitation and prevention efforts of the National Stroke Association.

Please support our team, and the 7 million stroke survivors in the United States, by making a donation today. Together, we can empower survivors and caregivers as they come back strong from stroke.
