Dear Family and Friends,
My youngest daughter, Gennifer is a stroke survivor. On August 7,2015, she had a massive stroke at the age of 35 years old. It has been a long journey, but God has empowered her with a strong faith and belief in him, tremendous will power, and great determination. Thanks be to God, Gennifer has made great improvement and is continuing to improve.
There are currently 7 million stroke survivors in the United Sates on their journey to come back strong after stroke. That’s why I am taking part in Comeback Trail-Nashville. This 5K charity event benefiting the National Stroke Association, celebrates the physical, mental, and spiritual journey of stroke recovery.
I have set a personal goal of raising at least $450 towards the prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and support service efforts of the National Stroke Association. Will you help me reach my fundraising goal of $450 by making a donation today?
If you would prefer, you can mail your contribution to:
National Stroke Association attn. Comeback Trail-Diane Jones 9707 E. Easter Lane Suite B Centennial, CO 80112
I greatly appreciate your support. Together, we are raising awareness and supporting survivors in their journey to #ComeBackStrong after stroke. Every donation helps!
P.S. In the time it took to read my email or text, someone in the United States had a stroke.
