Pay attention!

At seventy, I'm not only a serious walker (doing Mt. Washington soon), I do yoga, weights, and swim. So just because I felt faint and my heart pounded for an hour, there was no reason to pay any attention. That is until the next day when I collapsed in the supermarket. I couldn't speak or stand, had double vision, and couldn't move my right side. I got immediate attention and completely recovered within 24 hours. I was very LUCKY! So pay attention and do not think you are invulnerable. Being in shape does not protect against strokes.
