Faces of Stroke - Logo 100px transparent

Arnell H.

I have always been a very strong, independent individual, but did not realize the extent of my strength until I had a stroke two years ago. I was fortunate enough to have family that understood when I asked to be left alone to figure out my limits and challenges after the stroke. As a right handed person, the biggest challenge was living with only my left side functional! My life now is living on a pogo stick! I think that I have faced each obstacle with a "can-do" attitude. Once you learn to lasso your underwear, the rest is simple!
